  1. About ABN Plus ABN Plus is an online marketplace designed to connect Australian small business owners with deals across industries such as lending, business finance, car purchases, and more. Once you submit your contact details to a deal supplier, ABN Plus has no further involvement in the transaction.
  1. Eligibility To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old. • Be an Australian resident or business entity. • Use the platform solely for lawful purposes. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
  1. How the Platform Works
  2. ABN Plus provides a platform for small business owners to explore and connect with deal suppliers.
  3. Users can browse deals and submit their contact details to deal suppliers for further engagement.
  4. Once your details are shared with a deal supplier, ABN Plus is no longer involved in the transaction. ABN Plus does not: • Endorse or guarantee any deals or suppliers listed on the platform. • Participate in or mediate any transactions between users and deal suppliers. • Bear responsibility for the outcome of any transactions.
  1. User Responsibilities When using our platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information. • Use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. • Understand that any agreement, purchase, or transaction is between you and the deal supplier. You acknowledge that ABN Plus is not liable for any issues arising from your engagement with deal suppliers, including but not limited to disputes, refunds, or contract fulfillment.

By using our platform, you consent to the collection and sharing of your contact details with deal suppliers when you express interest in their offerings.

You use the platform and engage with deal suppliers at your own risk.

  1. Intellectual Property All content on the ABN Plus platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ABN Plus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.
